On a train the jabber of foreign accents and indigenous inaraticulatness

You hear people's jabber on the train, and feel they have been fed a steady diet of television’s sentence fragments it  seems as though a sizable  portion, is fraught with inarticulateness and worse, committed to it as well. 
Increasingly in the UK English seems to be the second language

You think, doesn't complex thoughts require complex syntax. This inarticulateness seems to create a need for other means of resolving conflict, let's hope that this second language does not develop into a first 
language, as in America, of guns.
