Emotional responses give meaning to the various choices and thus, I would submit, are the very stuff
in which reasoned decisions are made within that whirring abacus called our 'brains'.
This emotions/reason should not be seen as a dizzying divide.
Remove the emotional capacity and you remove the very essence of thinking itself.
