Cheating - a violation of the social contract.

In the UK you pay your water bills, gas bills, electricity bills, telephone bills and you and others always feel them to be inflated.  Then you read of the 'fat cats' who get quite enormous salaries from our beloved NHS national health service and our public servant in Councils - and this confirms that wherever there is public money (taxpayers money) you will get a parasitic tendency
around this communal water hole. Look at how this kind of parasitic behaviour has crippled France's economy.

Which brings me on to cheating.

Cheating is a violation of a particular kind of conditional rule that goes along with a social contract. Social exchange is a system of cooperation for mutual benefit and cheaters violate the social contract that governs social exchange,
