You have to speak up so I can hear you above the din of the cockroaches

Where I used to live in Los Angeles, I started off in Westwood, then Belair, then Hollywood Hills
then Santa Monica and then by poor choice, bad luck, hesitations I ended up in a part of Los
Angeles where there were so many cockroaches I would have to ask a visitor to speak up for cock roaches were swarming in such amazing numbers that there was a continual rustling from them.
