I never go to films, the last one I saw and took my children to was the Visconti's film Rocco and his Brothers.
If only film makers could resist the tug of conventional tale-telling and the lure of resolution
I might go again, but it seem an unlikely prospect as most film makers are slave to the tyranny of narrative.
