half of the entire brain is removed prior to 8 years 

of age, post such an operation the patient can read, play chess 

 love his borther and sister and do every thing that a child with 

two sides of the brain can do.

So what do we extrapolate from this? Your brain is one 

blueprint stamped out twice, the two halves are doubles 

of the same basic plan.
