There is intellectual dysfunction in the fact that  ‘the Left controls America’s newsrooms. ‘liberal elite’, that ill-defined but damnably persistent architect of ideological mischiefis the cry from the vox populi - that voice of the people of the heartlands' the fly over state of the USA. if you are flying from New York to LA.

Yes, is the answer even if one restrains oneself with an array of caveats, yes. Some fault the Media for their snooty hostility to provincial piety, the elite in turn are mocked as being the product of of fancy colleges and highfalutin ideas and ‘arrogance’ 

While over on this side (the Conservative right) they claim to be the friends of ‘the nobodies; the modest; the patronised, the disrespected...and god damn it, those media elite Liberals don't even go to Church and some Liberals even term Religion as mental illness.
