i arrived in New York wearing the same shirt as when I left London, so did my shirt move?

Obama drew of some folk philosophy, don't worry folks for the Sun will come tomorrow, implying movement of the Sun and reassuring continuity.

Perhaps this was meant to appease and calm the American electorate.

I am no astro physicist but Obama's folksy assertion regarding the Sun, made me think of 

movement in general and on a recent trip to New York I wore the same shirt that I left London in
