And Catholicsm to me was to make me feel that there were origins beyond the bounds of sense. The wonder of it all, it gave me an awareness and wonderment of the mystery of it all. God's grace, how benificent he was and kneeling there the sacrosanct sacrament of opening your mouth and the body of our Lord Jesus Christ being daintily placed on your outstretched tongue,
There we were we Catholics in Ireland, women, men, chidren all kneeling underneath the sun of our heavenly father.
All the remains of my Catholicism are such memories.
Belief, that metaphyical wager or hope, has long since gone.
