The conceptual pedantry of locality.

"I would like you to operate on a 'higher; plane"
"Don't sink to the depths."
"The cat is crouched behind the tree in my garden,
I walk past it and now it is crouched in front of the tree but it has not moved."

 All the above are our utilitarian use of locality. We assume everything has a 'here' and a 'there', an 'inside' and an 'outside'.

But if for a moment we endeavour to conceive of spatial infinity these terms are meaningless.
