Come on, our people are civilised, get real,
'...our politicians don't accept cash bribes in unmarked envelopes.'
' No, suppose not.'
'And most don't pay for their daughters' wedding and other bashes out of government funds, do they?'
'No, suppose they don't.'
'They don't put their ill-gotten gains into numbered Swiss bank accounts or get the Mafia to launder their money. Do they?'
' No, suppose not.;'
However corruption comes in many forms, take what was, in the opinion of many, a gerrymandering ( configuration of districts differing widely in size or population because of gerrymandering) of the UK population by the last Labour Government's immigration policy.
Politicians such as the current Labour leader, Ed Miliband, admit that the Labour Government 'got it wrong' in this regard.
Ok, Labour have paid by being voted out office, and I know I will be accused of switch off the television type, 'I am speaking' earnestness, but surely, in time, this intentional power mongering, by the former Labour government will be seen as a matter for the Courts.
