Does Marxism contain an element of Christianity?

 So that we might justifiably refer to Jane Austen as a Marxist before Marx, and Jesus Christ  who some would argue was emblematic of  a classic Marxist ideology. Of course that does not mean that they were right to espouse such thinking.
