It is impossible to predict the future, all one can do is make a considered guess - just as one does when guessing the outcome of spinning a coin. However if you know all the scientific attributes at the point the coin is tossed; wind velocity weight of coin etc then you can predict the future: but that is Science; claims to see into the future apart from that belong to the Tea leaf or Palm reading fortune teller at the Fair who 'sees' a stranger coming into you life.
