Yet we must reevaluate the meaning of eschatology (the second coming of Christ, where the Heavens will open etc|) for another t word for eschatology is the notion of enlightenment, and another word for that is progressivism, an ieology of Utopia and collective fulfillment; eschatology is the notion of transcendence whereas what is requires is an eschatology of immanence (the state of being present as a natural and permanent part of something) and not a promise of the Utopia to come.
