On becoming addicted to your negative stress inducing thoughts.


By a knee jerk reaction to the daily problems in ones life, I am referring to moods, resentments, anger all these reaction cause a hard knot of stress in one;s body in the body

Over time without realising it one has become addicted to ones negative thinking patterns.  It is also true that if one does not react in a self inducing stress way it can have enormous benefits for one,
