I had this 'epihany': What is that?

Susceptible types with quasi religious leanings would term an ‘epiphany’; those self-claimed phenomena in which the naive would consider a transformative experience with Religious undercurrents, whereas the less credulous would view epiphanies as no more than how one negotiates intense emotional situations and certainly not some kind of visitation as the quasi religious believed.
