But why did you do it?

why is Labour in such a mess on immigration?
I believe there are two fundamental reasons. The first concerns the question of trust. Under the last Labour government, from 1997 to 2010, net foreign migration was almost four million — about two-thirds of which came from outside the EU.The party embraced a policy of open borders and, for better or worse, we are living with the consequences, which includes widespread loathing for the political class and, with the rise of Ukip and the SNP, the fragmentation of the old two-party system.
Her is an impersonation of Labour being interviewed on this subjec t ( in 1997 to 2010, net foreign migration was almost four million)

"Why did you do it?"

"Ed' , our Leader, has held up his hand about that and said we got it wrong."

"But, why did you do it?"

"We got it wrong, we have admitted that."

"But, why did you do it?"

"Look as I have said we got it wrong we have put our hands up about that."

"But why did you do it?"

and so on ad infinitum

But when you start investigating why Labour did, they were not required to under European Law,
you then being to find the sinister thinking that underlies thier claims.

it is a mucky world under those Laboou rocks of certainty  and if you lift the rock and start delving around you might think that those who left such a mess might need a spell in prison, for leaving a mess which will reverberate through the generations.

However as an Irish immigrant myself I really should not be advocating such a view, however  surely the Irish assimilate themselves
as I believe do the Poles,  however if assimilation is not encouraged by one's religion then there are resulting cultural problems.

I better erase all this it is not politically correct, God forbid I will be hauled up by the bien pensant thought police.
