Your memory is not a 'thing';

Our recall of a past event, whether is be a slight discomfort, "Oh no, did I really do that?"

or a trauma, "that incident will haunt me for the rest of my life"

As creative beings we must realise that our duty is not pure recall, for it is never pure recall for in the process of recall memory (a process rather than a thing)  is riddled with bias, misrepresentation and selectivity,
