Under Capitalism you can say whatever you like...as long as it doesn't make a difference

Under Capitalism you can say whatever you like...as long as it doesn't make a difference. Or more succinctly perhaps - under Capitalism you can say whatever you like because it will make no difference.


Capitalism embraces discourse and it does so because what we say no longer points outside its all embracing tentacles. 


Discourse has lost the referent to go outside, because there is no outside.
