Rioting and looting as an interruption’ of history or an ‘arrest of happening’... eh,,,don't think so

In the present period of US history of rioting and looting which some wags term the 'shoplifters of the world unite movement'  (is there any one in this violent movement over the age of 20?)

and the copy cat happenings in other parts  of the world of this juvenilia  we see all this culminating in a quasi-messianic conception of revolution as an ‘interruption’ of history or an ‘arrest of happening’ ergo this naive prima facie (on the face of it) supposition ipso facto (it follows) one is permitted to behave as one wishes, that is riot and steal and destroy consent to something is to reverse a prima facie (on the face of it)  supposition about what may and may not be done when in fact all ones violent actions does it is to about a wry smile on the face of historical matter.

The mens rea (the intention or knowledge of wrongdoing that constitutes part of a crime) leaving aside the criminal action or conduct of the rioters has to be addressed.
