The nonsense of "We are punished for our refusals, .the only way to get rid of a temptation is to yield to them.

The above by Nietzsche is palpable nonsense, for one has fantasies but
there an enormous difference between having a fantasy and acting on that fantasy,  it is the difference between cognitive dissonance and cognitive control.
