Reality, exists different when it is under observation

When you fix your perception on me, or cone to that any object 
and attempt to measure me I have collapsed into a state. For reality, as it is conceived exists in a different way while under observation

Einstein dragged his feet in that final step out of the Newtonian world. He

objected to quantum theory because his realism recoiled from the idea that observation would and could create a different kind of reality - a reality that could not be conceived of in an ordinary way.
