The student enters the hierarchical world
of intelligence in the following way. As a student he doesn't have
to worry: if the solution to the problem is too difficult to pursue,
for he will have enough savvy to know that his teacher will open his eyes.. The teacher
will inform him.And the teacher caught up this time worn dance for his part will be patient and vigilant he will see
that the pupil isn't following him; he will, by God, put him back on track by explaining
things again,and again if necessary.
And thus the child acquires a 'new' intelligence,
that of the master's explanations. And later he, the student may become the teacher and
he will then explain to the next generation who 'do not get it, who do not understand
in turn.
We call this 'progress'.
