And this mask reflects a self concept - what we seek to maintain about yourselves - the self/mask you think you have, the one you think you project and that others perceive is your self concept.
People attribute characteristics to you as an 'individual'. But it is a mask and it is in the performance of these different masks that you will find an approximation of what you call 'self'.
