House lust...faling in love with bricks and mortar.

There used to be a time when people in the UK sat round at dinner parties talking about the value of
their property.  What a turn on. 

"Yes, how much has yours gone up?"

"Mine, I turned round and in a week it had gone up thousands."

Now it is changing dramatically, the housing market in the UK has chagned dramatically.
It has become as in countries like Germany a predominantly rental market.

And it is in that economic volte face  that the losve and lust has gone out of a lot of lives.
