Dr Peter Cheevers holds a BA (Honours) degree in Philosophy; a Master's degree in Semiotics and was awarded a Doctorate by Brunel University in 2005.
He is an award winning playwright and journalist,and a published poet.
He wrote an acclaimed television play with Ian La Frenais, 'Harry Carpenter Never Said it Was Like This.'
He co-authored with Fiona Marshall 'Coping with SAD'
(Sheldon Press, London 2002, Positive Options for Seasonal Affective Disorder Hunter House, Alameda, USA, 2003). He also wrote 'Coping with Family Stress' (Sheldon Press 2007).
He has written two novels; Smiles on the Face of Matter and Grasping at Waves.
As an actor he has performed widely in television and film and on radio and stage.
He lives in Kent with his partner and four daughters.
