Conversation overheard in a London cafe between two graduates talking about trying to get a job in these economically straitened times.
"Oh you know there is always light at the end of the tunnel," pipes up one.
"Yeah, but..." chortles the other " in these economic times the light at the end of the tunnel, is... the light of the oncoming train."
"Don't be so bloody pessimistic."
"I am being realistic not pessimistic."
