There had been a few complaints about this lecturer, dissatisfied rumblings from the students.
and one had to listen for these days students are paying big bucks to be 'educated'.
So what was the problem, the problem was not that' Bill' was a bad lecturer just that he was well...too damn enthusiastic!
He had a blackboard that completely covered one wall. And Bill made the most of it. By the end of the seminar, there wasn’t a square inch of wall that was not smothered in equations.
The spokesperson for the students took me to the room to show me Bill's last piece of 'teaching'.
"And then he would look at the blackboard and these thousand of equations and point to one and say' "I really like that one.". The undergraduates were understandably unenthusiastic.
I am afraid 'Bill' got the boot for its the paying customers that count.
Ah 'education' don't you just love it?
