I've always been a straight talker...yuo know tell like it is. However a little reflection on my my candid, even
blunt mode of exchange with others causes one to pause and think. My belief that I am telling it 'like it is' has a source. And that source is a discourse of some kind, a concensus of opinion of some kind that I have been exposed to. So, the 'like it is'
is no more than a view which has bee bugled to me from elsewhere, my view that this si how it is, is no more than an opinion, the progeny of other opinions.
These days, althoughthe temptation is still strong let other know that this is how it is, is now moderated, by polite evasions, foi I have come to see, if not practise, the affectations of candour.
