'Unfair' dismissal

Tristan is an avid music fan. He plays drums in fact.  He and his mates started a group as teenagers do, but the group have been plugging away for nigh on three years without success and frankly it is time to get a job.

But like the music business the job market is tight, very tight, youth unemployment in the
UK and throughout Europe is rampant. So Tristan after 9 months of job hunting will take anything
and he got a job, yes,  as a toilet attendant in the West End of London. Well, as I said the job market is tight.

But Tristan got bored after a month or so of this, stuck there in his little room, and so he decided to
bring in his drums.  Just, you know, for a little practise. But drummers can get carried away, as they do for they can be intense personages in the heat of the moment and soon the Local Council were receiving complaints from the punters

Yes, people started complaining....about what? Well, of feeling alarmed and threatened actually.

To quote one Council complaint;  'Oh you know, you make yourself comfortable, you know
you are seated like...and then suddenly you hear this blast of drums...well frankly it puts you right off...'

Tristan got the boot from his job, but he is taking the matter further, indeed he is prepared to take
the matter to the European Court of Human rights if need be.

I said why don't you just write a song about it, you could call it 'Unfair Dismissal'.
