Anxiety has been described as as a future-oriented mood state in which one is ready or prepared to attempt to cope with upcoming negative events, suggesting that it is a distinction between future and present dangers which divides anxiety and fear.


One of the key methods in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy is to employ the ''...where is the evidence for you anxiety.

I mean if you have anxiety, it must be anxiety about something. So the question is  - where is he evidence for that something?
