It is not just money althouhg Biden and his wayward son have been caught with thier hands in the State till.

It is more universal than money. eg

Stealing the lives of  a dozen young military through arrogant stupidity

Killing supposed Isis terrorists when in fact  it had to be prised out of thier Soviet type spokes person

that is was an  Afghani delivering water,  the drones colleterral damge was the killing of ten

beautuful children.

One can only groan and there seems little hope of change judging by the recent Californian relection of a known incompetent.
