Today, young graduates are entering a sluggish job market. Getting a job today is therefore not easy when the interviews take place by videoconference or hidden. Young people have never been so stressed.
This is shown by the Harris Interactive study for Epoka conducted from April to June 2020 with 14,000 students and alumni of French grandes écoles and universities. Only 45% of the students surveyed believe that it is easy to find a job today. This figure has fallen by 38 points in one year. Despite everything, many companies continue to recruit. Less than expected, but they know they can't do without new blood.
