Biden's dereliction of duty in refusing to take a drugs test

  It looks like dereliction of duty when any scientific discipline is  isolated from valid enquiry

why is it that for aeons drug testing has been so vigilant in sports, Tennis, Athletic across the spectrum...the reason for this is FAIRNESS to all

A participant should not gain advantage by the use of drugs. Biden's attempt at scoffing at this attempt at fairness as 'nonsense' is the type of non response that is the very essence of nonsensical.
