Are there any underlying principles of order in the world, or do we live in a state of perpetual migrancy ?

Many are preoccupied with the question of whether there are any underlying principles of order in the world.

Or is it all disorder manifested in a self glorying  cosmopolitanism and a perpetual migrancy that is captured above all in his movement between languages.
