Is Science just rhetoric,

Science - is the real game in town - 

but is Science just  rhetoric, a series of efforts to persuade relevant social actors, you and me,  that one's manufactured knowledge is a route to a desired form of very objective power.― Donna Haraway

Well...I think Science is a lot  more than this kind of encapsulation
