Impeachment can only be performed symbolically

In droughty regions, think of the arid dried up landscape of American politics;  a barren dominion of anti Trump hate, the Impeachment baptism of Trump

will not be carried out by immersion, for that you need nourishing water;  but Trump's impeachment can  only be performed symbolically,

but for Democrats they think,  a Pyrrhic victory - at too great a cost to have been worthwhile for the victor. Hey, but why not?  By these means we can dupe the American voting public again.
