of mental imagining and walk on but as you cross the road a car comes whizzes by unusually close
and you have an imagining of shouting at the driver, he getting out and you having a stand up fight
This kind of thinking is called 'Disassociation' and in the main is harmless if one realises how one is thinking, however there are healthier paths of positive outcomes, that are not confrontational
and are convivial and constructive.
So if you are going to disassociate or mind wander conceive of positive outcomes.
