What
Liberals give birth to: Obama bequeathes Trump
Boris Johnson (studied Classics at Oxford) gives birth to Khan the new London Mayor, so as they say in Oxford circles, 'Well done you'
This is not to say that what these eminant bien pensants (Obama & Johnson) or their successors are either good or bad, that would be an opinion, and we all know all opinions are just theories, but just pointing to undendiable facts about two people in power (Obama & Johnson) and their legacies.
But onto the Dinosaur type Liberal thinking:
Want to witness choleric behaviour then disagree with a finger wagging Liberal and their baleful
demeanour when challenged.
But they believe as does the 'right' (nothing like easy to hang facile labels) that they are acting in beneficent ways for the good of human kind.
Now there are obdurate liberals and obdurate antiliberals
Each side left and right impugns the others motives as just fundamentally wrong, each side
side makes skimpy carcatures of the others sides intentions.
The links between illiberal and liberal reform, and how change happens, deserve serious debate
Witness Trump in America and a resurgent populist 'right' in Europe
