Is Technology our 21st Century form of Slavery?
Just listened to a programme on the future of wearable technology, astonishingly there was not
a word of criticism of this trend. Wearable technology is for instance a watch, which has a history of the clock tower to something we wear on our wrists.
But soon, we might walk along the street and see flashing adverts on the soles of shoes
or changing advertising patterns on someones t shirt - what an Orwellian hell is this
as more 12 year old geeks from 'Silly Con' Valley become billionaires as we are all
subjugated into a 21st Century form of slavery.
