Our world/galaxy/universe/univerises is not striving towards a stable state

In both Nietzsche and quantum mechanics laws are absolutely lacking the “...world is not striving toward a stable condition.....not a condition of equilibrium.” . 

“We have a non-self regulating system which may end in catastrophe. “If the world had a goal, it must have been reached"  But, “...there is no final state.”
