The difference between a liar and a hypocrite

The liar has a disregard for the truth
the hypocrite detaches himself from his own true feelings.
in the classical sense of the term, being a hypocrite involves which not believing what you say.
for the hypocrite what comes out of your mouth is the bare minimum that allows you to get by.
