To become someone else you were not at the beginning. is that not everyones main interst?

I don't feel it necessary to know what I am. The main interest in life
is to become someone else you were not in the beginning. Isn't that true of everyone?

If you knew when you begin a book what you would say at the end, do you think you would have the courage or wilful deceit to write it?

As I said, my main interest is to become someone else.
